Children's car seats - have new regs come into law?

[Oi_Oi_Savaloy]

Hi everyone

I'm getting some mixed messages on this - I thought the new car seat laws for kids hadn't been ratified yet? That they were still under discussion. But alot of the parents at school are convinced they are law.

Can someone put me right?

Any clarity gratefully received.

Thanks

i-size legislation? Runs alongside, not instead of.

Thanks Your Dad - I thought that the case too but others are convinced - I'm going to put it in the School's update letter.
