I find the kindle price a bit strong, I might read one of these just out of interest for up to £1.99 but £9:00 not a chance

I suspect he would make much more over all at below £2:50

In my teenage days, I'd have expected this to be "Tales of a Silly Sergeant". Our local one as a PC was well known for directing motorists to the car ferry with his foot. ( often accompanied by comment from local yokal " stop before the end , or you'll find you hat floats")

Been the Isles of Scilly a few times, follow their police on Facebook and now read the book. A good read with some funny moments.
