Why the cross hatchings at the sides of the road? Is it to prevent overtaking (1 way street)? If so, seems a bit harsh to have double yellows when it's all residential...

The evidence is there for all to see: Hide camera to maximise revenue, narrow the road to create more congestion and waste fuel / create more pollution.

This camera once got taken out in a very amusing style - a large cardboard box with a happy face drawn on it!
