Info please .
Is the registered keeper of a car obliged to inform Parking eye who was the driver of the car
when a parking infringement occurred .
( 1am trip to A@E with a young boy with a broken foot in extreme pain, the driver did not see
newly erected signage )

No, but put the problem up on pepipoo.com for more advice. IF you are the registered keeper and do nt want any hassle from PE,then give them the name, but make sure it is the correct info. If PE chase you ftwer you have given them the info, say becuse the 'driver' wont ply ball. Then they can be in deep doodoo, but as i said get over to pepipoo.com, and register pdq. They are very helpful, BUT alway be 100% honest i they ask you questions. pee them off and they drop you like a hot potato.

May be worth speaking to the hospital estates team if an issue and it can be resolved early, (i had 2 cancelled no issues with relevant paperwork etc) then given the scenario involve MP & local press if it needs escalating for their input.

This. Think how much fun a local paper will have about this issue. I very much doubt if there is any pressure on the space at that time. Hospitals are usually very helpful, but it would have been a good idea to notify them at the time. I had an hospital appointment, paid for two hour parking, but the hospital wanted to run a few tests on me. They just rang security and gave them my car registration number and that was that. I would have been ticketed for sure if I'd not done that - parking space is at a severe premium there.

Recently won a popla appeal, against them.

They are dodgy and provide evidence which you can drive a bus through, like photos of signs with a date and note saying signed removed.

Get a on Money saving get a template letter and ask for popla code. Costs them money!
