Whilst I have a general high regard for the police when they are doing their proper job, catching rapists, murderer, thiefs etc. This is just ridiculous.

Yes I agree it's quite childish and aimed at a neighbour I would guess but I find it bloody hilarious.

After taking that down the next one would be a w and an anchor

Amusing but this is the sort of thing that could escalate quickly, and it is 'offensive' (to the meek i am sure) and so it is a good idea for the Police to drop by.

I doubt that it was a blue light job. More of a "Gary, if we're quiet and you are going through the Westlands drop by 67 Knobend Row and have a word with the owner about their lights will you."

I'm not going to quote it but watch it right through - towards the end it's hilarious!

If it was on Knobend Row, then the mushroom picture seems reasonable!

Maybe if the the police officers had taken that attitude then their visit might have been effective. As it was , their attitude (especially that of the female officer) would have wound me right up. She acted like a bossy cow who had decided she was right and the 'perpetrator' was wrong regardless of the law. Maybe I'm too stubborn for my own good but if it was me, the lights would have been changed to have a dig at her instead

I'm glad I'm not the only one who found it funny. Some people are far too uptight these days.

I agree that female copper came over as a bit of a tit.

That reminds me. I have to go and find out what happened to pc savage the knife weilding windscreen destroyer. I know there's a thread on here somewhere. Another copper acting like a tit.

All coppers are act like tits. You're not telling us anything new here.

I thought it was hilarious when the camera initially panned across to the display.

There was a knob and a c**t in that guy's house.

I wouldn't have been offended at all but it isn't acceptable behaviour for a reasonable adult.

Even having read all the stories on here about them not bothering to trace stolen cars etc I'm normally sympathetic towards them as they're undoubtedly overstretched and underfunded. But when they have the resources to send multiple officers to something like this, or investigate something somebody posted on Facebook it does make you wonder what's going on.

Do people actually think that the Police want to spend time dealing with this st?.Unfortunately, there are sections of society who have nothing better to do,than provoke and react to this type of rubbish.
The Police are mainly in the firing line either way.

Whilst the guy with the Christmas lights is clearly an idiot, it does annoy me that the police take the time to attend to such incredibly trivial matters and yet can't find any time whatsoever to even visit or investigate a break in at an industrial unit as was experienced by one of my friends yesterday.

This is fking brilliant, only made funnier by the northern accent (can't beat a northern accent when it comes to petty arguments 😂)

There's far more offensive things about, I can't believe the police would waste their time with this.

I'm also sure this is the bloke who phoned babe station and spoke to her about eating biscuits 😂

That was class, especially "your penis is still offensive" rofl

Have a sense of humour. It's not harming any children or kittens; anyone who gets the reference and still complains is a humourless git (with a filthy mind) wink

In the meantime, I give you The Darkness:
