Hi
I need some help with a Court Bundle and my statement. I am an applicant (litigant in person) in a case which hopefully will be heard just on submissions. I have submitted my statement and supporting evidence as a court bundle (mailed it to the court - signed for delivery).
What do I have to provide the respondent before the court date? Is it just the statement or a copy of the whole bundle?

It should say something like the Claimant is to produce the bundle by X date and lodge and serve. This would mean a copy to the court and one to the Defendant.
It does tend to be easier to simply lodge a full copy of the bundle with the other side then you, they are the judge are all looking at the same document pile when it gets to a hearing.
