I bought a car about 4 weeks ago via a garage and finance etc. I havnt recieved my log book yet and when i just spoke to the dvla they said its showing as no registered keeper as its still under motor trade.

Now thats not my issue the issue is i think i may have been caught by average speed cameras as i didnt realise i was doing 60 in a 50 and slowed down after realising.
Now if thats the case where is the nip going to go? I dont want it getting delayed and getting me into anymore trouble as id rsther fine and 3 points or maybe speed awareness course. Dvla said give it another week and if not fil out a v62 or whatever it is.

Will the nip go to the garage then too me or will it come to me once im registered.
Worst thinf about average speed is theres no flash.

How far into the average speed section were you and how much did you slow down bu ?

Went on at junction got up to 60 and probably slowed to 45 aboit 3/4 of way to next set of cameras.

don't worry about it
If there was a ticket, it will catch up with you quick enough.
Chances are there won't be one though
