STATED CASE SUMMATIONS

Can anyone help with info on the following stated cases in Scotland, and in particular the summations by the appeal court judges. I'm thinking vonhosen, agt or even BV 72?

I have no access to a law library right now and have been unsuccessful finding these online. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Many thanks guys. Some of this is useful, but the case I really want full details on is the Service v Dalrup one. It contains a very interesting statement by the appeal court judge that I had on my PC, but cannot find it now, so I must have accidentally deleted it....Duh!!
