That is typical of Dorset SCP, their website states that the camera vans will be visible wherever it is safe to do so, but they always tuck the van away down a side street.
Littledown Ave is a classic spot. A wide road, no yellow lines where residents park on the street.
The talivan parks is a side street and the mini-gasto is placed behind a bush, so it cannot be seen when approaching...
Oh, and for the record the only accident I have ever heard of at the location is when a BIB hit a tree and parked is Panda car on it's roof in someones garden!
