Anyone see this, just watching an episode on 5OD from 25th June. Bloke was growing 27 cannabis plants (worth £27k) and was bypassing the electricity and received a police caution. Plus a collection of batons and BB guns. How can you get a caution for blatantly being a drug dealer?

He is not a drug dealer, he's a drug grower.

This is rife across the UK with people making £3000-6000 every 3 months from their spare bedrooms, and they know if they get caught its a caution or a slap on the wrist.

You would hope the Police inform the utility company of the meter fiddling, and be able to prosecute for theft on the evidence they have themselves.
