Incorrect time on Camera

We have just received a NIP in the post.

Interestingly there is an additional sheet stating that the time of the offence stated on the NIP is incorrect due to the BST time change and we are asked to add an hour

Is this usual, correct?

It's a minor technicality - and not one that you're likely to get away with.

HOWEVER - it might help to addle your brain and prevent you remembering who was driving...
