Thought experiment - suing God
Discussion
Inspired by this is a work fiction, but wondered if the experts could try this case as a thought experiment based on real law.

If it was possible, all the gods would already be bankrupt, and not only of ideas.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man_Who_Sued_God

I think the case should brighten the days of the stenographer:
"My Lord, no, not you, I meant the judge. Just sit on your bloody cloud and keep quiet.
"My Lord Judge, Exhibit #18002, a pillow made of salt. If I might explain, it would appear that there was a misprint in Exhibit #1, the book we have referred to a number of times. The pillow is complainant eight billion and forty two. You will see her listed as Mrs Lot after the occupants of Sodom, circa 800 persons, and Gomorrah, about the same number. You will remember that these complainants were removed from court after My Lord - not you, the judge - complained of the smell of rotten eggs. Mr Lot was the guy you sentenced to 14 years for complicity in the attempted rape of underage girls, the offence being aggravated by their close relationship to Mr L."
