Motorways will be the new cash cow for the scumera partnerships. I bet the government will build more motorways for counties that don't have them at present, so that it's fair for the partnerships.

Interesting that it's all happening during an election campaign. It's as if it's a good month to bury bad news. What else has been announced in the last fortnight that we missed? I heard that unemployment figures are up again but I've not seen it confirmed. Do we have an opposition in this country or not?

Oh, inflation is up this month, too. Anyone notice? Hardly covered on the news.

North Lincs regulaly have camera vans on the M180, the main problem being its never jammed, so they always catch people.

Its a sad state this seems to be the way forward, they are often on the A1(M) and A14 link from A1(M) down to Huntingdon. Also tend to be there Sat morning about 0830, safety...yer right, cash more like.

Would much rather seen them do something about those who drive at ridiculous speeds through 30mph zones. Seems as though motorway cameras would just be a way to make easy money

Are you sure, often seen them on the A14, but not the A1(M)... The A1(M) is usually regular plod I think.
