I would like some advice please. In June 16 I bought a new minibus converted sprinter it has now broken down 6 times with the same fault. Dash lights go mad and wont start. Mercs had changed the keys and found a corroded wire but generally give it back saying they can not find anything wrong with it. 5 of the 6 times its broken down in heavey rain. This vehicle has now been of the road 41 days The minibus conversion company who I purchased the vehicle from tell me that I purchased the vehicle from Rossetts and that they only do the conversions. I never met any one from Rossetts during the purchase as the quote was from the conversion company but the moniey was paid to Rossetts. Any advice on what I can do

What does the invoice from your original purchase of the vehicle show?

Where was that corroded wire?

If all they can come up with is changing the keys I'm wondering if they have been looking in the right place/s.
