I'm not going to comment on this yet. I'll leave the usual suspects to come up with some pearls of wisdom before I do.

A fast-forward through the video seems to be 11m of trying to film over various police shoulders into a room, then a crying child being taken away by the police - the original text is...

This is what happens in the U.K when u discipline ur child. Mum beats her son for being naughty. Son runs to police. Police takes the boy into a social care center. Boy discovers that home is better than social care centre. Boy runs back home. Court orders Police to take boy forcefully away from home back to scial care centre.
If you are planning to live in this part of the world and raising children here it is important you see this. If you live in this part of the world and have children please show them this video in case any of ur children is one day tempted to make the same mistake as the boy in this video.
Finally, it is an absolutely disgusting thing to hear that parents are restricted from disciplining their children. This is the root of the moral decadence in the UK and this part of the world. There is no discipline for children.
This one tire me...

Like a court order meaning the child can't be left in the address?
No doubt mother of the year but sadly one of those situations where social care just palm an issue off over to the police and leave them to it.
They can't simply walk away leaving the kid there, horrid job as no one likes grabbing a child.

There will be more to this story.
There always is.
I cant remember where I heard this phrase but... There are three sides to every story, your side, their side and the truth. There always is.
Something tells me the truth will be closer to the police's side.
However this will never be reported on social media (or most traditional media for that matter).
I expect there is a lot more to this story than we see.
however, taking it at face value. If police attempted to remove my child from my house when I or anyone else had done nothing wrong. And the child so clearly wanted to stay. I would murder the lot of them, or try my best too.
No way could I stand back and let that happen.

Then force would also be used on you and you'd be arrested. Not such a good move. If you did nothing wrong, the Police would not be taking a child away ?however, taking it at face value. Of course, you may see things differently but acting in the way you described would not end well.

The Police don't remove children when no ones done anything wrong, so I'm sure you won't have to murder anyone. however, taking it at face value. On this occasion though someone clearly had done something wrong, hence the court order.
A court order the parents had clearly ignored.

A court order that seems to not be in the best interest of the child or the parent it seems though? On this occasion though someone clearly had done something wrong, hence the court order.

Indeed, but in this day and age of people making monumental cockups it's not too hard to believe that the story might be true.On this occasion though someone clearly had done something wrong, hence the court order.

What might be true? It even says in the Facebook post the mother hit her children. Obviously enough to warrant a court order for Police to turn up. Prizam said:

It reads, to me, that the mother in an attempt to control her child hit him/her and the child then ran off to the police seeking revenge on the month. Then regretted it.Either way, no excuse to hit a child and parenting needs looking at. But to separate a child and parent when the child clearly and desperately wants to remain with the family is just wrong on so many levels.
To reiterate - I suspect we don't know the full facts, but taking the video and comments at face value, the decision to separate is wrong. And if I were the parent, I would be going to every length possible to keep my child safe.

All you need to know is the child was found a place with Social Services - there is more to this story.
Explanation; Social Services don't do that willy nilly.
Judges also don't issue court orders just for the sake of it.
PS Whoever wrote that summary on the facetube page needs to write it again - preferably with the aid of a dictionary/ taking the time to understand what certain words actually mean. They come across as an imbecile (who is trying to sound clever and failing) and it is nonsense.

My only comment is that if you need to physically beat a child to correct it's behaviour then you need to do some serious work on your parenting skills.
Rubbish! Sometimes, physical discipline (or the threat of such) is a tool at the extreme end of behavioural learning. Some people need to stop being a snowflake!1) There's a massive difference between a little smack and the beatings of old (cane, belt etc). One is physical abuse, the other isn't.
2) No matter how good your parenting skills are, some children (especially teenagers) with the wrong peer pressure/bravado still misbehave to the point of hurling abuse or disrespect at their parents, other adults and even police officers! This is not an outcome acceptable in this society and we are seeing this kind of thing almost daily on the news (at least it would seem).
