Is it just me or is this sentence a joke, no fine!

If I did 90 in 50mph I would get fined! My friend was dropping off at school and it was miracle no one was killed!

Already disqual but thats not so bad as he was giving a mate a lift!

Joke no fine why??? Hit this scrote with a fine. Its just luck he didnt take out the kids at the primary school. He was also driving through a bus gate. Are motoring fines only payable by licence holding drivers then!

Disqualification just mean if you drive again we make your disqual longer.

Who is paying for the damage to the car he hit?

Could it just be the paper didn't report the fine?

"and Emma Martin, defending Cribben, said the young man was remorseful for his actions.

"He was giving a friend a lift and completely panicked when he saw the sirens,", Mrs Martin said."

When I become Prime Minister/President, any defence solicitor will have to serve the same term as their client. (In this case it will be a suspended sentence which will automatically dis-bar the solicitor).

I've said it once and I'll say it again - the most evil, nastiest people aren't car salesmen or estate agents, it's the legal profession! biggrin

I knew a guy my dad knew and he gave up criminal law and opened a record shop because of people like this guy and the way the courts dont deal with them until they kill someone!

He got fed up defending the dross!

21 and already two kids. I bet he's clever. Probably unemployed, but either way, the State will be propping him and his bird(s) up.

I'm thinking of knocking out some kids, you can get away with all sorts with that hardship card.

I was just thinking, you need to be morally bankrupt to defend and make up bks for obvious criminals.

I was a Union Rep and I had to give it up due to forever defending people who were just not interested in working properly or doing stupid st and spent most of my time finding loopholes to let the morons keep their jobs.

No job and now suspended prison sentence helps! one 2-3 year with a local scrub on benefits. Another child with another another scrub born just before Xmas and he is single now and upset he missed the child’s first Xmas apparently.

Would saved the tax payer if he had been locked up, unable to impregnate the local slags.

Why would you drive a car without numberplates when you are disqualified - that does not sound smart (disregarding the entire rest of the story)

From what I can gather his whole family is rotten judging by comments locally.

Car appears to have have a rear plate in video.

Also he was driving his friend from bridgewater 10 miles away when he lives in Taunton and I am reliable informed his friends don’t have jobs!

He was driving disqual with a mate and when police tried to stop h8m he drove like a nutter into a 20 zone outside a school, they probably thought it was a great laugh. Wrote both cars off no insurance! No compensation for the victim.

His Facebook has a picture meme it’s snitches get stitches!

As commented above, why the need to snitch when he attracts plod's attention by driving without a number plate (and possibly they recognised him as disqualified anyway).

If I'm looking at the right person, the most ironic thing is this link in his Favourites Other.
Same individual as mentioned here and here?
Yet a year previously he was portrayed as a hero.
If it is the same guy, he certainly gets around. Different addresss every time.

Often wonder, when I see crimes like this go relatively unpunished is if the lowlife involved is a nark.
More useful outside prison than in to the coppers?

A local officer I know said local officers are fed up with this particular specimen and putting him before the courts, for them to give him community orders and suspend sentences.

it's his 3rd driving ban since 2015 and he didn't have a full licence and I don't think he has ever passed a test. He has a history of theft since 13 .You could argue the Judge has assumed the offender will not re-offend, its lucky for him his anti-police facebook posts don't get shown in court!

The history of driving without the licence, drink driving and now dangerous without a licence should show a pattern in the last 3 years of RE-OFFENDING so why they thought he wouldn't re-offend is beyond me.

I would say he must be a cat as he seems to have 9 lives with about 5 remaining.

deserves some time inside. Makes a mockery of those drivers who were jailed for speeding and not crashing.
