Excess speed, using mobile phone/Not in proper control, careless and inconsiderate driving? dangerous driving? Either way it would go to court and the magistrates would choose the outcome.

I dare say lots of us have done this sort of speed and more on the roads, I'm guilty of it I know. Irresponsible yes but I hazard a guess that plenty of us have done it. To me the really stupid bit is filming it and then getting caught .

I have only ever done it once in over thirty years of driving and that was before speedcams/dashcams/camera phones etc.

These days It just isn't worth the risk (to me). I haven't driven over 100mph in the last 15 years.
