Silverstone Parking
Discussion
Dear all, hopefully someone out there can help....
I attended qualifying for the Grand Prix in July. As I entered the car park the Marshall told me I needed to pay online. I got the Indigo parking site up and the only online payment option was £96.70 which I suppose is for the whole weekend. As I crossed the bridge into the circuit a poster stated the parking cost for the day was £32.50. When I returned th the car park after quali, there was a parking ticket on the windscreen. £60 or £32.50 if paid within 14 days. No problem I thought. Pay the reduced ticket and claim the £96 quid back. No chance!! I have tried constantly to get through to indigo by phone. I have disputed the parking charge notice in writing and tried to dispute via natwest MasterCard services who are no help whatsoever. Any ideas other than driving to indigos offices, wherever they are........ Cheers, Lee.
