Saw the headlines on all the papers this morning 'oh my legs oh my legs' 'lucky to be alive' etc and not one comment about the other 2 ladies or indeed the children in there car. This must be the best ad for the old codgers to give up their license. Will he be prosecuted - oooo dodgy ground, how long will this stay on the forum !!!

I wonder if they would ever consider charging him with dangerous driving as it looks like he just drove right out in front of them. Can he even be charged with a crime? Or is he above the law?

Don't like the implied "speed limit will be reduced" response as if to say that the car hitting him would have been going too fast or so.
