Driving to Silverstone yesterday morning, going along the A46 towards Stafford at a reasonable speed on a dry, clear sunny mroning at about 7:30 a.m. (Sunday) and what do I find a Scamera van set up waiting for unsuspecting motorists.......safety my arse.

This afternoon other half is driving along to road to Aldershot from Fleet and there are temporary 20mph signs up as they are about to start that stupid stones on tarmac resurfacing......just before Aldershot there are 2 Bibs with a Handheld.....safety my arse.

I don't run a (visible whilst moving) front plate on my car and this is why.
I don't speed as a rule but am getting ed off with the police trying to put there hand in my pocket at every opportunity.
