hello,

Just got my first NIP through the post today, i have been charged with 53 in a 40. I cant argue against it, the pics on the scamera site confirm it (even if it was sneeky, i never saw the van as it was hidden on the opposite side of the road out of site, they also pinged me as i entered the 40 zone from a 50. Any who, i was wondering what i was looking at in terms of penalty, is it going to be 3 points and 60 notes?
