Final Warning Notice - no ticket

Just got home last night to find a "Final Warning Notice" for an offence commited 17/04/05.

According to police records it's because I've "failed to furnish information concerning the driver or person with information that will lead to the driver".

I'm assuming my car was zapped by a camera on 17/04/05. I haven't had a ticket, this is the first I've heard of it!

It's over a month ago, I don't know where it was or who was driving. Anyone else been in this position?

Have you tried Peppipoo ? I'm sure other people have been in this situation - our post is notoriously bad.
