Long story short.
Relative dies, has some money left to be left to certain people.
Executor of will has possibly (before death of said relative) put that sum of money into a trust, which I believe is more to benefit them.
Relative has been dead over a year now, certain things haven't been done as per the Will instructions, but they're not related to any of the money.
Issues are as such
No one named in the will have been contacted regarding it.
No one named in the will has seen a copy of the will
No one named in the will has been made aware of the trust.
How do I get a copy of the will? I can't go much further than that with regards to where the money is because I just don't know.
If the money has gone into a trust, how do the people named in the will get the money back out? Assuming it is in a trust, it wasn't really the wishes of the deceased party, more of a "sign these papers for your will" with no explanation as to what they were.
It's not a huge sum of money, I'm not overly bothered about it, it's for a few others named in the will, depending on how it works and if it creates money I'd keep mine in there, from what I understand if it, which isn't a lot until I get hold of the will.

If probate has been granted then anyone can order a copy of the will online.Probably just me, but if no ones seen the will how do they know their in it. Makes the three questions below a little confusing.

The first response is good. Once probate has been completed, you can buy a copy of the will online.
Prior to that, there's no obligation for the details of the will to be shared with the beneficiaries, although IMVHO it is considered "good practice" to let people who've been named in the will, or might have reasonable expectation of being in the will, know.
There's lots of details about the responsibilities of an executor etc - just google it. However in worst case, you can apply to have an executor removed if you believe they are not administering the estate correctly - but this is court cases etc.
