PCN for 38L not obeying signage

Width of pass is 7ft. My car is 6.5ft wide so I took the middle path through

I was fined £65 for not keeping left as the blue sign suggested and indicated on the pcn received in the post.

Any ideas if an appeal is possible?

The Q7 in the opposite direction appears to have no issues although it looks like they have their guide dog fine tuning the approach

Reminds me of when I drove very low cars and had to do all sorts of manoeuvres to get around bad speed bumps.
