O legal bods of Pistonheads...

I recently remortgaged and the solicitor firm who dealt with it were a complete bunch of idiots from start to finish-their delays and incompetence ended up costing me about an extra £500 in interest. I’ve tried raising a complaint to them and their tactic seems to be “We’ll just ignore it and hope it goes away”.

Is there a governing body or similar that I can complain to about their conduct?

You need to follow the complaints policy of the solicitors first, all solicitors should have a policy
