Hi Everyone,

Looking for a bit of advice...

I purchased a "jump on jump off" bus type affair to get to a venue I can no longer go to. I asked for my money back and they are saying "No can do, all sales final". Tickets purchased online and a refund asked for a good amount of time ahead of the use date.

I assume this is wrong due to the fact they ARE covered by DSR and because of the nature of it, ie they had no costs that related to me specifically, I am able to get my money back because no contract trumps the law.

Am I right in what I am stating?

Transport services are exempt - i.e plane, train or bus tickets.

Ah well. Luckily it wasnt expensive, just the principle of it.
