NEW SPECS in operation (scotland M77/a77)
Discussion
A few nights ago I was driving to Troon along the brand spanking new M77 extension from Mearns towards Troon.
Once I was back on the old section of a77 dual where the M77 bit connects I spotted the unmistakeable Specs poles complete with camearas.
Now I know what these are, so I dropped out of warp, and continued on my merry way.
But be warned there are THREE sets of poles with cameras on. I nearly got caught out by going back to warp drive after the second set, but my highly tuned sense of suspicion and cynicism told me there would be a third set and lo and behold I was right.
As you approach the roundabouts that lead to Ayr/Troon at the bottom end of the a77 thats where they are located.
This is also the first application of SPECS that I know of in Scotland.
So much for the land of the free.....
