Sorry if it's already been posted but are they putting SPECS on this stretch. There are a series of curved blue gantries with 'Motorola'? shaped brackets and some sort of fitment with a bag over?

Yeah, I saw the new gantries sans cameras when I was on the M6 on Monday.

Between that and the c*nt in the scamera van on the M6 in cumbria. It has not been a good weekend for me regarding speed scameras. But thats what happens when you drive cross country these days.
Its possible for at least 3 different sniper units to have a pop at you.
Making the roads safer? Don't make me laugh.

What I particularly hate is that fact that either the lancs or scumbria parternships talivans are painted wine red. This make them much, much harder to see at a distance (thus rendering Mk 1 eyeball useless) and makes you think they aren't scamera vans.
If it wasn't for the fact I've seen them before I wouldn't have guessed it was a scamera van.

No plates.

Scamera scum won't (can't) come after you and what's the chance of running across a plod in a car these days ? Almost nill.

If you do get caught, £30 an end - just say some scroate has stolen them and you can't get any more made until you get home to get the V5 . . .

The SPECS are up in place between 16 and 17, but as of this morning are still bagged up as the work hasn't actually started yet. I don't think the gantries are permanent - they look just like normal SPECS poles to me.

Saw some of those reflective plates on a 911 in the Car Park at Castle Combe last Monday. Anybody know where you can get them from?
