Questionable speeding ticket last year!

You know this ticket has been bugging me for a year now...Got a speeding fine through the post...says I was doing 37 in a 30!..Now I wasn't but I had a lot on at the time...so to make my life easy I just took it on the chin (3 points and £60 fine)...Now is that it or do I still have a right to appeal because I think the BIB were chancing their arm and got away with it!

As far as I am aware you cannot appeal a Conditional Offer. You have to plead Not Guilty and then if convicted lodge an appeal within - its either 14 or 21 days.
