Flashed twice...

Just back home in Cornwall after a couple of nights in Rochester for a funeral. Before I left Cornwall, I had sent away to the DVLA requesting a personal plate be assigned to my car. I did call them but they said it would be around 2 weeks and I should just continue on the original plate.
Anyway, I opted to drive back in the early hours to avoid traffic and set off around 3am. I joined the M25 but there appeared to be various limits along the way and basically I got flashed twice by a speed camera. It was a fair cop and I was doing around 75 - 80 mph.
I stopped to grab a coffee on the A303 and did a registration check on my phone. My original plate was no longer available and the new plate had been allocated. Mind you, I still haven't received the new V5 to allow me to physically change the plates on my car.
Anyway, my question is this. When Mr/Mrs Gatso check the camera and search my original registration will they get my details or the same message as I did, saying this number is not known to DVLA?
Also, does 2 flashes automatically mean prosecution? Does the 14 day limit still apply?
I should probably make it clear that yes, I was speeding and yes, I do deserve the fine/points. I'm simply wondering if the happenstance of being amidst a plate swap, I may have been afforded a lucky break? (unlikely I know)

Two flashes doesn't automatically mean you'll be receiving a NIP - nothing to do for now but wait and see.
There is an exemption from compliance with the 14 days requirement of service if, after exercising reasonable diligence, the police / SCP couldn't obtain the current details of the RK in sufficient time. This might apply (for instance) whilst number plates were being switched between vehicles.

What speeds were the gantries indicating when you got flashed & what time of day? There is talk that even NSL ones are actually set to 70 but I've been past them at 'normal' *cough* speeds & nothing happened so unless they were showing 60 or below I'd be surprised if they actually bothered to follow them up.

I think 60? Maybe? If honest, it was 3am and there was only myself and a couple of trucks rumbling along in the NSL. I don't know about the M25 but I know two people who have been caught by the "smart motorway" cameras on the M62 west of Leeds when no speed limit was showing on the gantries (they were exceeding 78mph).
On the other hand - I went under a gantry on the M5 that was showing 40mph (the first 40mph displayed and traffic was moving freely). I was slowing down to 40mph but was still slightly over when I went under the gantry and got a double flash. But that was more than 2 weeks ago and I've not had a NIP. I think I was only doing about 42mph (actual) but I didn't see any cars around me going more than a walking pace faster than me. I wonder if it could just have been self-testing or it was triggered by a false reading? Hopefully you'll be lucky too.

The ones on the M1 in Leics/Notts area definitely do, as does the one on the southbound M6 near J5 which I see go off a couple of times a week as I'm driving in the opposite direction.
