Any advice from BiB on asssement?

Today I received the date for my assessment interview stage, just over a month away. I seem to have waited ages and now its come it seems to be just around the corner. I have a rough idea of what to expect but any more details would be helpful.

I would appreciate any advice that any BiB have.
