What to wear for jail?

I have to go to a magistrates court early next week for doing various muppetish things. According to solicitors and several of the B'siB it is unlikely that I'm due for stripey daylight, but possible.

If I get the maximum sentence of one month custodial, will I go straight from court? Should I take anything with me? Butt-plugs? Phone charger? Clean syringes?

I don't mean to jest. This is a serious question. Should I prepare to be cuffed and incarcerated upon sentencing?

If they are considering custodial sentence on you, they will adjourn the case for reports. You will not have to take your tooth brush with you to court!

You will be bailed to return for sentencing. They very rarely send anyone down straight from the first appearance.

I can virtually guarantee you will not be sent down for the offences you have listed on this forum. If you have done anything else though..........

Re-iterating what gone has said. I too would be very surprised if you go down for what you have disclosed to us here.

Chav's do this all the time and they get to go on outward bound weekends.

As my mam says : TELL the truth and no one can catch you out.
