3rd party cover on car
Discussion
Quick q' for those in the know.
If I let someone drive my car on their insurance (at 3rd party risk usually I believe) - if they have a fault accident will my insurance company pay for the dmamge to the car to be repaired or will tehy not as it was driven under their insurance at the time? (my insurance being fully comp)

Under the circumstances you give, your insurance company will not pay for damages to your vehicle.
It is the driver who is underwritten, so his company will pay out to any third parties in the event of a collision causing personal injury/damage to other than the driver.
Whether they would pay for damage to your vehicle is unlikely, the same as if you were only covered third party.
