Yes I was done for a whopping 79mph on a motorway.

Anyway I have been offered a DAC I have tried to book online and I get all the way through to actually booking the course at the venue and I just get Error//404 page not found, I'm guessing I'll have to phone plod directly?

Furthermore are they actually running courses at the moment or have they developed an on line course?

Depends.

Some cases/areas have been 'No further action', some cases deferred to later dates, some completed in an online meeting.
