Neighbours completely ignoring lockdown rules - report them?

Feels a bit s
tty to report anyone to the police and all feels very busybody-like. But at least 4 times now, our next door neighbours have had multiple other adults over, including elderly neighbours and they appear to be home schooling other peoples' kids some days.
I don't particularly care for them but don't have any major issue with them either. But this virus business has me pretty freaked out and I feel like I have a social responsibility to report what they're doing. I'm pretty live and let live usually, but this is something that could affect us all. What do you guys think?

Depending on how many neighbours they have it might be obvious it was you, so that's something to bear in mind.
No one has any excuse for breaking this very simple rule, that everyone else (well almost everyone) is managing to comply with, and their actions have the potential to infect others, so it's not like it's a victimless crime.

All it would take I reckon would be a polite reminder from a PCSO to stop taking the piss. People can do as they like usually for me, but putting my and my family's health at risk by openly flouting the instructions isn't on IMO. On the other hand I do appreciate that some will disagree, which is fair enough.
This lockdown has done a very good job of identifying the stupid and the selfish, in our village at least.
Many parents are letting their kids crack on like it's the school holidays, meeting up for bike rides, big games of footie on the Rec.etc.
I've read that the police have had so many reports of people ignoring the lockdown that they're not following up on them, just choosing to try and educate if they see rules being broken.

I wonder if the College of Policing has issued any guidance as to whether those that have been informed on have their indiscretions logged somewhere as 'non crimes' so that their non adherence to the guidance can be later be used against them or justify not taking them seriously, or undermine them?

Really, what on earth are you talking about?To be honest there’s far too many people informing police about breaches for anything to be done about most of them. There’s simply not enough police officers.
Yesterday I was looking at incoming jobs in my area. 8 out of the last 11 which displayed on the screen were people reporting breaches.
People who are breaching are idiots and should be dealt with but it’s impossible to deal with them all.

Harry Miller is an ex-Cop who called BS on his tweets being recorded as a 'non crime'.
The police have got enough officers and resources to record 'non crimes' because the College of Policing are telling the police that's what they should be doing. So the can't deal with actual, real crimes but can record 'non crimes' because someone was upset or offended?

I would think so long as you are home and not inside their home, all will be swell. Worrying about this and policing others will affect your BP and that, too, can be a risk to health!
The measures we are taking are not going to eradicate the disease, they are to ensure the NHS can cope - and that includes the likely second wave when we all go back to work. (Which should, in theory be less severe due to the lockdown and the cold fact less elderly get sick or die when it is warm)
