and I bet there were oh so many phone calls to the sweeny todd to report an outragous act of vandalism on an important piece of road safety equipment...

Well, that camera, was ideally placed, to record the accident.
And indeed participate as a finish line, by the looks of it, must take picture of it in he morning.

It's been nearly a week now, and the keep left bollard has not been attended to. Safety?????????

Yes, well, I think if they made the cameras more obvious (by painting them blue and yellow, for instance) then people wouldn't drive into them...

The bollard has been replaced, but the camera is still untouched. Seen any deaths yet rich36?

Well its been a month+ I wonder why the pile of scrapped cars has not yet reached critical,
and emergency services taxed to breaking point.

the undetakers opposite, are to be seen gazing wistfully throught the windows, of late!
