PCN, can you get more than one if the car hasn’t moved?

From a private parking firm, can they issue more than 1 PCN to a vehicle if it hasn’t moved? And is still parked in the same place?
Background, private block of flats where half are still empty, resistant parks in one of the spaces and gets a PCN, car doesn’t move for a week, can it only get one ticket?

Parking tickets can only be issued in accordance with the advertised rules stated by the company on entering the car park.
So I would guess that if it is not stated there is a time limit for a car to be parked in a single spot then there is no grounds for numerous tickets to compound on top of each other.
Entry time and exit time is usually captured and this would be the basis for one ticket.
If the car park is patrolled manually then tickets can only be issued (I would assume) on the basis of the penalties of breaking the stated rules on the signs.
(Although with residential parking the signs may simply refer you to a parking contract, which would contain the details of penalties for infringement of terms and conditions).

Sure it depends what’s written on the wall? The ticket is a notification they want to give a charge, not the charge itself...
If the notice on the wall says it’s £60 per day (or whatever) then I imagine only one ticket is required, but the charge starts from then until the car moves, assuming they monitor per day and can prove the duration.
Or am I off base?

I will check, there’s no ANPR camera that dictate a entry or leaving time, the signs just say £100 charge if parked without permit, outside of a bay etc,If the notice on the wall says it’s £60 per day (or whatever) then I imagine only one ticket is required, but the charge starts from then until the car moves, assuming they monitor per day and can prove the duration.

I think that every time they come round and look they'll issue another PCN. Probably not more than one per day. That's the experience of one of my family anyway.Pretty sure there’s no time frame on it,

I do it for living, I do the local council car parks, but used to do on street parking, its one every 24 hours, upto a maximum of 3 where I am, after that, if its a car park they start trying to trace the owner before removal of said car, not sure these days what they do on street.Edited to add, from what I remember on street, if it was a limited waiting bay, then it didn't count as a continuous contravention as the restriction was not 24/7 (like dropped kerbs and double yellow lines), for continuous contraventions people are sometimes able to get numbers 2 and 3 cancelled.
With the car parks i do, its chargable between 8am and 9pm, so come 8.11 the next morning, its a new contravention (be it, out of markings, disabled bay with no badge, no P&D or expired P&D)
