Guidance needed on Warranty Contract.

I’m trying to find out what type of solicitor I need to speak to in order to get advice around a vehicle warranty dispute. Does anyone know? Would it be a commercial contracts lawyer or fall under financial services type law?

Also I recall that a PH member had a long running dispute with a warranty company that was the subject of quite a long thread, does anyone know what the topic was called?

Any help much appreciated.

It was for an M5 I believe.

I can't remember the warranty company name. I'm not very wise.

Now I just need to identify what type of lawyer I need to talk to.

Shirely the first way forward is the Warranty Companies complaints procedure and then escalating it to the Financial Ombudsman.
