V5 call

Don't know if its been posted (the search function is woefull on this forum software), but IIRC from 1st July, the old style V5 documents will no longer be valid, and you won't be able to buy your tax disc.

Apparently sending the old V5 off to the DVLA will get you a new one, free of charge.

Your on the ball Parrot. Something in the press the other day to the effect that despite the change when vehicle re taxed by DVLA there are a number that have slipped through the net and are advised, as you say, to forward the old V5 to them so that they can send the new Registration Document.
