Child Arrangement Order- CMS

Having got a child arrangement in march I had my legal issues around where done. Once in court the ex seemed to accept 8/10 of the points only having the court decide on two issues.

My ex has stuck to it and we were both flexible during lockdown.

Now the children are back and school and her social life has taken a plunge she seems to be back to her old tricks.

She has written to me stating its not fair making the children stay the night with me during the week as the find it stressful during school time.

There was also agreement that she didn't want me coming to her house (she claimed I used to to start conflict) often so she was to send the girls to school with overnight things. So she is now saying I must come there after school to collect their bags and drop them back when she is home the next day.

My eldest had a break from visiting me as she was not happy and I agreed to it but she has forced her to come when she had plans!


My friends has given me the court email address he has used and said he thinks its the D11 form.

Also I wonder how me not having the girls affects my CMS claim which is now based on the court order.
