Like most drivers I do not really like to have a Police car behind me when I am driving.
However, I was pleased to have a marked silver Met. Police car behind me on Saturday when some suicidal Scooter/ Pizza delivery rider decided to overtake several cars and in doing so was only feet away from colliding into the front of my car.
A noticeable swerve by me, coupled with a good blast of my horn hopefully encouraged the BIB behind me to stop and turn their car around to chase after this tw*t.
In most cases he would have got away with it unless he had crashed into some innocent who got in his way.

It's always nice to be in a police car when that happens. Many times I have been in the right place at the right time.
It's always brings me a smile when the person they have cut up/leered at/ performed an incredible maneouvre in front of, returns with a thumbup.
