Nottinghamshire SACs.

Luckily not for me but for a friend's son.
He has a provisional and a CBT, bought himself a little electric motorbike about 2 months back and has managed to get an NIP through the post this morning for 35 in a 30 on Mansfield Rd, Daybrook (If anyone knows it). No previous SAC or points.
Has already filled it in naming himself as the rider and sent it back. Didn't make any excuses, just said he must have not been paying enough attention. Fair play.
Given Covid, does anyone know if Nottinghamshire are still running the SACs, checked Notts Police site but couldn't find any information. Also, I assume that despite not being a full license holder, he is still eligible?
Reckon a SACs would be best option for him, a days education course would help him massively been fairly new to the road.
