Bus lanes

I heard that our dear friend !! "Sadiq Kahn" has made bus lanes 24/7 no go areas for cars a couple of weeks ago, but still the bus lanes i see around me in Orpington/Bromley Kent have the blue signs up saying specified times in the lanes.
Has the 24/7 situation been put out across London and the suburbs as yet ?

Not all bus lanes are included, depends where you are. It's mostly red routes.
