What makes you think the Police would do anything ?

Branch fell off my tree - about 4 foot long. It had to be one of mine (no other house or trees about). It was about 1 foot out in the road.

2 Police Officers sat there for 2 hours waiting for the council branch removal team to turn up to move it.

I offered to move it when I went out (when I noticed this) but they weren't keen on the idea.
