Time between being caught and NIP?

Hi All,
So 17th October (Saturday Morning) I drove down a 40mph road at roughly 56mph, a fellow motorist flashed me to warm of speed camera van.
I hold my hand up and thought yep fair cop. I'm farting around trying to get somewhere quickly, my fault. It will be my first speeding fine and points.
I did naturally slam on my brakes to slow down, but again thought yep you tool you've been done there, speed van pointing directly at me no cars in front etc.
Anyhoo.
Its now 11th November and no sign of a speeding ticket? Is there a delay in processing them due t o c-19?
I am really hard pressed to think i've gotten away with it.
One good thing though, its reset my driving approach and monitoring speed limit etc.

are you the registered keeper and is your address up to date on the v5? If it is a company car, hire or a lease and you are not on the v5 then as long as the NIP goes to them in 14 days, they have 6 months to track you down to prosecute
