Can I claim the most lenient one.

73 in a 40 zone and undertaking. Just a polite word from the police and 3 points.

Was on the flyover by Brent Cross going northbound, tt came on to the dual carriage way and straight in to the right hand lane, I had to undertake him as did the Police man on his motorbike (I was on a motorbike at the time). As I looked over my shoulder before the undertake, spotted the police man as well, oops, so slowed down and he pulled me over when safe.

Had a nice chat, passed the attitude test, he was a bit annoyed at the tt as well.

Anyway, cool story Bro...

Didn't realise they could do that, they should publicise it more as a deterrent as quite a few bellends may think twice about driving without disregard if they lose their wheels.

Wonder if they could also do that to a car on hire/PCP?

Even if they ended up going to auction it would be some money coming back into the system.

Quite a few do end up at auction (John Pye etc...) but if it did go to auction the perpetrator could just buy it back so crushing is the best option imo also if a member of public bought it what's the stop the original owner coming back with keys and taking it back?
