Longs story short, my mother is now nearly 90. A while ago we found her place wasn't on the Land Registry. It was bought in 88 & Kings Lynn didn't do LR until 1989. She own it outright.
In short I have all the papers here & my brother & I have an LPA for her. I want some one to do a LR for it. I have phoned a few solicitors but all are "working from home", too busy etc.
I started the LR forms myself but they assume too much knowledge.

Have you considered the option of leaving it unregistered?
There's absolutely no need to register the title, and the vast majority of people who own an unregistered title leave it unregistered so that it's registered by the buyer after it's been sold.
Just make sure the title deeds are stored in a safe place.

Isn't there a slight advantage in registering to help thwart potential future adverse possession claims? All you're really doing by registering the title voluntarily is saving the eventual buyer a couple of hundred quid - why bother?
