Need help please.

Myself and my son have been driving to and from banbury and taking it in turns to drive. My son got a nip in the post we were doing 59mph in a 50 trouble is i dont know if i was driving or my son,it was a mobile enforcement camera.Question how do i go about getting photo evidence dont get me wrong we dont mind the fine and points but we want to know who was driving.

in the first instance you need to write and explain the situation to the scammers that sent the nip - ask them for a photograph so you can identify the driver. They should provide this without problem (although I have read instances of them being difficult even in this area).

Once you you've done this, or better, prior, take a look at www.pepipoo.com and try and beat it, the more people that do the less chance these dangerous practises go on.
