Children playing in the street

Just a spot quiz. Does anyone remmeber putting a traffic cone or bollard in the middle of the road to signify children playing? Or is it me?

We never played in the road because it is dangerous. Really pisses me off when you see parents on the TV campaigning against paedophiles and then promptly let little Johnny kick a football around in the road. The idiots shouldn't be allowed to breed.
