Companies house - confirmation statement - shares query.

I was looking through a recent confirmation (shares) statement for a block of flats and saw this;

"1 Transferred on <date>"
"0 Ordinary shares held"

Most of the other flats / flat owners have 1 share assigned as expected - but there are a couple like this.

I don't see any where one person owns more than one share (as if flat x had sold their share to flat y for example) so what does this mean?

Most likely a previous owner who sold their flat and transferred the share to the new flat owner.
